Ordering and delivery

Quite immediately after you have confirmed the order, you will receive an order confirmation.

The goods are normally packed and sent from our warehouse in Holmestrand within one working day after the order has been received. When the goods have been packed and sent, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with a tracking number that you can use to track the package at Posten. 

30 day open purchase

At Bracelet-Girls.com you have 30 days open purchase. This means that you can cancel the purchase without giving any reason for this. The 30 days start to run from when you have physical possession of the goods. If you are going to cancel the purchase, you must notify us of your decision to do so. The easiest way to do this is to fill in the right of withdrawal form electronically in the returns portal. If you do, we will immediately send you a receipt by email. Alternatively, you can also fill in the right of withdrawal form that is attached to the order confirmation, and send it to: kundeservice@enil.no. If you cancel the purchase, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs as a result of you having chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest type of standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in all cases no later than 14 days after the day we receive notification of your decision to cancel the purchase. In all cases, you will not be charged any fee as a result of the refund. We can withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided documentation that the goods have been sent back, or until whichever of these times occurs first.

Damaged goods and right of complaint
When you receive your order, it is important to check the goods for damage or defects. Should the item be damaged or destroyed, you can contact us at post@bracelet-girls.com for further instructions. You have a two-year right to complain in accordance with Norwegian law.
